MURRE / LEGAL
Terms of service
The terms that apply when you use Murre’s website and analytics service.
Effective September 14, 2026 · Contact james@murre.ai
1. Using Murre
These terms are between you and Murre.ai (“Murre”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a company, you must have authority to bind that company. A separate written order form or service agreement controls where it expressly conflicts with these terms.
2. Accounts and invitations
Use accurate account information and keep credentials and invitation links secure. Accounts are invitation-based during the pilot. An invite is intended only for the named email address and expires after seven days. Company owners and administrators are responsible for managing their team’s access. You must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your stores and data
Connect only stores and data you are authorized to manage. You retain your rights in the information you provide and authorize Murre to process it to operate, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for your storefront privacy notices, any required consent, lawful collection, and complying with your platform’s terms. Our Privacy Policy describes our data practices.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Murre to violate others’ rights, access another company’s data without authorization, evade access controls, distribute malicious code, disrupt the service, or submit data you are not permitted to share. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or sensitive personal information through analytics events or order fields.
5. Plans, trials, and payment
Applicable fees, trial terms, billing arrangements, and cancellation terms are those presented and agreed when you order the service. Creating a workspace or generating an invitation does not itself authorize a payment. Contact james@murre.ai about plan changes or cancellation. Third-party platforms may charge their own fees.
6. Reports and third-party services
Attribution depends on available signals, integrations, and the rules described in our methodology. Reports are estimates based on those inputs and do not prove that an assistant caused a purchase. We do not guarantee a revenue outcome, perfect identification of every visitor, or uninterrupted availability. Google, Shopify, and other connected services have their own terms and availability.
7. Service protection and ending access
We may restrict access when reasonably needed to address misuse, security risks, nonpayment under an agreed order, or legal obligations. Where practical, we will notify the account owner and work to resolve the issue. Contact us to close an account or request an export or deletion. Data handling after termination follows the applicable agreement and Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves and will provide notice of material changes where required. The effective date above identifies this version. Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to james@murre.ai.
